(کارشناس امور قراردادها) 2025 11 23 The main objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of managers of the Bushehr Port Municipality using the European Model of Organizational Excellence. The research method is descriptive (non-experimental) of survey type and its statistical population includes all 115 managers, 33 of whom were selected as samples based on the Morgan sampling table and simple random sampling method. The collection tool of this research is the standard questionnaire of the European Model of Organizational Excellence, whose validity and reliability were also determined using face and content validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the findings, tables and graphs, mean, standard deviation, etc., as well as Pearson's correlation coefficient were used. The findings showed that there is a significant difference between the current and desired status scores of the organizational excellence criteria of the Bushehr Port Municipality. This shows that organizational excellence is at a low level from the respondents' perspective. Also, the highest factor load, in order of priority, was related to the criteria of employees, stakeholders and resources, policy and strategy, community results and customer results, key performance results, leadership criteria, and finally, managers' results and process indicators. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران شهرداری بندر بوشهر با استفاده از مدل اروپایی تعالی سازمانی میباشد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) از نوع پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه مدیران 115 نفر بوده که 33 نفر از ایشان بر اساس جدول نمونه گیری مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری این تحقیق، پرسشنامه استاندارد مدل اروپایی تعالی سازمانی است که روایی و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از روایی صوری و محتوایی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، تعیین گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها، از جداول و نمودارها، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و ... و همچنین ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین امتیاز وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب معیارهای تعالی سازمانی شهرداری بندر بوشهر تفاوت معنی دار وجود دارد. این نشان میدهد که تعالی سازمانی از دید پاسخگویان در سطح پایینی قرار دارد. همچنین بیشترین بار عاملی به ترتیب اولویت مربوط به معیار کارکنان، ذینفعان و منابع، خط مشی و استراتژی، نتایج جامعه و نتایج مشتریان، نتایج کلیدی عملکرد، معیار رهبری و در انتها نتایج مدیران و شاخص فرآیندها بوده است. /downloadfilepdf/382711
