The present study was conducted with the aim of developing an optimal strategy using the SWOT matrix for Ostad Aali Nasab Hospital in Tabriz. In this regard, by studying books, articles, and related research in both domestic and foreign sectors, 44 internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) were obtained after confirming face validity and consensus among experts. The statistical population of the present study included managers and experts of Aali Nasab Hospital in Tabriz, as well as city health experts, numbering 32 people, who were purposefully selected as samples. A questionnaire was used to collect the required data, which was provided to the statistical sample after assessing validity and reliability. SPSS software was used to describe the information of the sample population. In order to identify internal and external factors, a checklist of relevant materials was taken, and the Delphi method was used to reach a consensus among experts. Based on the results obtained from the internal factors evaluation matrix, external factors evaluation matrix, SWOT matrix evaluation, and strategic position and action evaluation matrix, it was determined that Tabriz Ostad Aali Nasab Hospital is in a competitive position. For this purpose, it is recommended that competitive strategies be adopted based on the prioritization obtained from the quantification matrix, giving priority to the following items: strengthening the work motivation of non-physician personnel, implementing a financial support program for intractable and special patients, standardizing the hospital space, and updating medical equipment. با توجه به اهمیت روز افزون حیطه درمان در جهان ، لزوم ارتقای عملکرد و بهره وری بیشتر آن، نیازمند برنامه ریزی دقیق و بلند مدت میباشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تدوین استراتژی بهینه با استفاده از ماتریس SWOT برای بیمارستان استاد عالی نسب تبریز انجام گرفت. در این راستا با مطالعه کتب، مقالات و پژوهش های مرتبط در دو بخش داخلی و خارجی،44 عامل داخلی(نقاط قوت و ضعف) و خارجی(فرصت ها و تهدیدات) پس از تایید روایی صوری و اجماع نظر خبرگان بدست آمدند. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل مدیران و کارشناسان بیمارستان عالی نسب تبریز و همچنین خبرگان سلامت شهر به تعداد 32 نفر که به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز از پرسشنامه استفاده شد که پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی، در اختیار نمونه آماری قرار گرفت. برای توصیف اطلاعات جامعه نمونه ، از نرم افزارSPSS استفاده شد. به منظور شناسایی عوامل داخلی و خارجی نسبت به فیش برداری از مطالب مرتبط اقدام و برای رسیدن به اجماع نظر خبرگان از روش دلفی استفاده شد. براساس نتایج بدست آمده از ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی ، ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل خارجی ، ارزیابی ماتریسSWOT و ماتریس ارزیابی اقدام و موقعیت استراتژیک مشخص شد که بیمارستان استاد عالی نسب تبریز در موقعیت رقابتی قرار دارد که بدین منظور توصیه میشود براساس اولویت بندی حاصل از ماتریس کمی سازی، استراتژی های رقابتی با اولویت دادن به این موارد اتخاذ شود: تقویت انگیزش کاری پرسنل غیر پزشک ، اجرای برنامه حمایت مالی از بیماران صعب العلاج و خاص، استانداردسازی فضای بیمارستان و به روز کردن تجهیزات پزشکی. /downloadfilepdf/53154
